Remove delay before clearing cache

Hello,

As it stands, there's an... I dunno, 30 second delay before I can even click the "clear data" button to select that I want to delete my cache.

I wish to remove this. I want to clear my cache when I have an issue that MAKES ME HAVE TO CLEAR MY CACHE. I don't want to wait until Firefox thinks I've understood what will happen EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

What about:config setting do I have to change so Firefox doesn't treat me like a child who hasn't learned patience?
