Mozilla used to have a VPN product called Firefox Private Network however that was discontinued June 20th, 2023 and now only have Mozilla VPN.

Since Mozilla VPN is one of their subscription based products you can use https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox-private-network-vpn/form to get support.
