Lost every extension and Data...
Hi, Firefox said to me that it needed a repair so I did it, but I wasn't aware that it would remove all of my extensions, I really need them they had really important data, crypto wallets etc. I did go into the profile section but it didn't seems to have any extensions. Is there any ways to fix that? Thanks a lot

Unless the jazon file exist that has the backup there's no other way to recovery data back at this point.

I think you mean Refresh and no it is not something that the Firefox web browser needs in order to function.
What Refresh does and where the information is kept from your Profile is located. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings
Since Refreshing basically creates a new Profile, you should learn how to use the ProfileManager to create new Profiles next time. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles
