Hi Ronald, what information are you trying to access? Firefox protects some data, such as saved credit card data, using your system login (which could be a password, pin, fingerprint, etc.).
MY GOD, how hard is it to reset or get my PIN number that I need to log into my other online accounts. This is crazy.
