To help us to look into this, please can you share the website address.

Seems to be fine here.

Can you give more detail about what is different/wrong ?

Can you attach a screenshot?

The X and reload page oscillate back and forth. There is nothing displayed. The firefox is updated.

Try to disable Enhanced Tracking Protection.

Firefox shows a purple shield instead of a gray shield at the left end of the location/address bar in case Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking content.

  • click the shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection

You can check the Web Console for relevant-looking messages about blocked content.

disabling the shield made no difference.. I am attaching a picture of the page info

if I click off the page to a different tab and go back to the WM page it seems to work. If I hit the reload button it will get into the reload loop again.

Site works without a reload loop for me. Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

It goes to the reload loop in troubleshoot mode. It seems to be something with my computer as it doesn't have the problem on my laptop. I have tried the latest updates on the windows 10 system.

Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile.

Exactly the same issue here. Developer edition does it too.

Try changing secure DNS over HTTPS (DoH) to "Off" or "Increased Protection" and in Connection Settings change "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy".

Disable any antivirus security software.

OK, DNS over HTTPS = OFF System settings = NO PROXY Antivirus and firewall = OFF

No change, same issue, endless reload loop. (

I may have to break down and snail-mail the trash bill.

Something changed on my computer or the website. My desktop doesn't show the problem anymore. I am not sure what changed.

Until I tried to log in then it went into reload loop on my laptop.

I am able to login and get past the reload loop, it seems like a Cloudflare bot check. Now I can't get the reload loop to occur at all.
