Allows me to login and presents data fine. Go to "cash in" rewards and there is a box to check on last step to certify you agree to terms and conditions. Have had no problem doing so for 2 yrs + or -.......wont allow box to be checked now. Citizens help line was unaware of any problems and suggested I try another browser. Sure enough I down loaded chrome and all was well. Thanks for what you all do with and for FF. BTW I'm on 109.0 at this writing and there are other "buttons" that don't work either on same site like return home but those are not showstoppers. My rewards cash is !!

I would suggest you try out the following to solve the issue:

1)Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, issues with the browser can be caused by problems with the browser cache. Go to Firefox's preferences and then "Privacy & Security" and then "Cookies and Site Data" and then select "Clear Data". 2)Disable any browser extensions: Some browser extensions can cause conflicts with certain websites, causing them to not work properly. You can disable your browser extensions by going to Firefox's preferences and then "Add-Ons" and then "Extensions" and disabling them one by one until the issue is resolved. 3)Update your browser: Make sure that you are using the latest version of Firefox. Go to Firefox's preferences and then "Help" and then "About Firefox" to check for updates. 4)Check your internet connection: Make sure that your internet connection is working properly. Try accessing the website from a different device or browser to see if the issue is with Firefox or with your internet connection. 5)Try disabling the Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection: This can be done by going to Firefox's preferences and then "Privacy & Security" and then "Content Blocking" and disabling the "Enhanced Tracking Protection" 6)Check the website is not blocked by your firewall or antivirus program. 7)Try troubleshoot the website by trying in Incognito or Private Window mode.
