Every time I use Google Meet, Firefox show me a tiny orange controller over al my desktops in Fedora Linux. It is a bit annoying an distracting. Maybe could be great this icons appear in the os panel in linux.

Try to enter about:config in the address bar and set privacy.webrtc.hideGlobalIndicator = true.

Hi TyDraniu

I've tried but doesn´t work!

What's your value of privacy.webrtc.legacyGlobalIndicator?

You may have to close and restart Firefox to make the change effective.

You can try Firefox from the official Mozilla server if you currently use a version from the repositories of your Linux distribution to see if it behaves differently.

Yep... I've downloaded it but I dont know how to install it. I just unzip that .bzip and nothing happends. Sorry, but I very noob with linux, I switched just 2 months ago.

You can also try to create a new Boolean pref.

You need to extract the tar.bz2 archive to a directory like ~/firefox in your home directory or possibly in /usr/local/firefox to install in globally (needs root, sudo, permission to update).
