That could be the Firefox View button.

The Firefox View button is a normal toolbar button and can be removed via the right-click context menu or moved to a different position via customize mode.

it is not firefox view as I have that disabled. I am using kde desktop environment and each program will have their icon in top left. I have changed firefox's icon in many places like taskbar or application menu but no matter how many .png .svg files I change the one at top-left does not change. same problem with open tabs when I search them in other apps. like the start menu for example a screenshot of my startmenu when i search firefox the app has the icon i chose but anything else is not changed
