Hi, if you check the Add-ons page (Ctrl+Shift+A, or menu > Add-ons and Themes) and click into the Extensions list, can you see the add-on there?

(1) Is it enabled?

(2) If you are trying to use the extension in a private window, does it show the mask icon? If not, see: Extensions in Private Browsing

If all that checks out, do you remember how the add-on integrates? Some have a toolbar button, some have an address bar button, and some attach to a right-click context menu. Some may only have a keyboard shortcut, or no user interface at all. Usually this information would be on the Add-on's site listing page where you found the Add-on. If that page isn't detailed enough, or doesn't match what you see, could you share the URL (here at https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1391144, not by email).

i need to click it to use it but i cant click it if its not at the top right extension bar
