Those are some strange distortions (comparison attached).

When I visit that page, the image at the upper left is loaded from:

https://cdn.ebayclassifieds.net/lrp/static/vendor/hz-web-ui/twh/assets/tenant--inverse--frbe.1229bdf3.svg

If you check it directly, is it green there, too, or only when embedded in that page?

The bell icon looks wrong. This is another SVG drawing, used as a background sprite, where the style code selects a portion of it to show in that spot. Curiously, the horizontal position is correct, but the overall sizing is wrong.

Do you recall customizing any font or zoom settings?

As a general note, Firefox relies on the Windows ClearType feature for font smoothing. "Gritty" fonts often can be optimized using the ClearType Tuner. To find it, just type cleartype into the Windows 10 system search box (on the Taskbar or Start menu, usually) and Windows should suggest the "Adjust ClearType text" control panel.

Firefox also depends on using hardware acceleration for graphics for the highest level of anti-aliasing. Sometimes there are graphics card incompatibilities, but we can come back to that point.

Finally, your browser reported itself in a peculiar way. After the normal Firefox identification, it has "LikeWise/90.6.4425.26" in the user agent string. This may refer to some external software on your computer that is intercepting your browsing. Does it sound familiar at all?

Those SVG icons in your screenshot look blocky to me and not look like SVG images as they aren't smooth but have artifacts like you would expect with scaled JPG/PNG images. I'm also not sure why the Filter buttons aren't fully colored with the visited color, but have two colors.

Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window
