When I tried to reset my Firefox account password, I got an email from accounts@firefox.com (screen attached) which was supposed to contain a link for resetting the password. None of the elements of the email was actually a clickable link. Luckily I finally remembered my password, but if I hadn't, I wouldn't even have a way to ask for support. Pls, fix the email you send your users. P.S. Why does resetting password delete your data, like bookmarks etc.? (screen attached) Now, this is whole other level of crazy, from a user's perspective, isn't it? An analogy would be email service deleting your emails after changing password. I want my data stored after changing password. Or don't I? Cheers
