Picture-in-picture glitches out graphics

This glitch randomly started happening this evening, and I'm not sure what's causing it?

What basically would happen is I would click the PIP button, and once I do that, fonts disappear (either certain letters would disappear, or they'd all turn into this weird blocky one), the toolbar flickers and changes color, and buttons also flicker. These graphical errors are confined to the window the video the PIP was playing, and stop once the window is closed.

I haven't seen graphical errors anywhere else on my system, so I don't think that's the problem. I haven't installed any new extensions in a while. So... yeah, a bit confused.

What's the date on your graphic drivers? Have you tried Firefox in Safe Mode to see if you have the same issues? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

The date on my graphics driver is 2015. The error didn't seem to happen in the troubleshoot mode though.

No error in troubleshoot mode.... sounds like an add-on issue. What model card and who made your desktop? My HP Zbook is around 6 or 7 years old, but my driver is more recent. see screenshot It wouldn't hurt to see what's the most recent driver you can get for your card.

Weird... would the best course of action be to turn them all off and go through each one to see what's causing the glitch?

I have a Lenovo ThinkCentre M Series... any more specific than that, I am not too sure. Attached is what shows up in Display Adapters.

You can also try Windows in Safe Mode with networking to test. https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=windwos+in+safe+mode I would suggest you visit the below page to verify drivers for your computer. I'm not saying that this will resolve your issue, but it wouldn't hurt to check. https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/

Then click on the "Detect Product" option for you PC. It may prompt you to install something to help the process. Just do it and you can uninstall it after updating your computer.

Also, another tool I like to use is the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

Again, just install it, verify what needs an update, and then uninstall when done.

Since I'm not too familiar with booting in Safe Mode, I won't try that yet (I'd prefer to have my uncle around, as he's way better at computer related stuff than I am, and I don't wanna accidentally mess up haha).

I went through the page you linked, and ran their Automatic Driver Update scan, and it said "No driver updates are required for your machine." So at least that probably isn't the issue?

Okay, you can uninstall the Intel app. Have your uncle help you booting window to safe mode with networking and test. https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=windwos+in+safe+mode

Did you try the update process with Lenovo?
