I can't post text in a forum reply on Atariage.com's website since the new update. I'm using Windows 7. Other users on Windows 10 say it's working for them.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?


Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

That forum page opens a rich text editor (i.e. not a plain text editor like used on this forum).

Doesn't that editor are open for you if you click the reply box ?

Does it work in a New Private Window when you aren't logged in ?
