Firefox not working
Firefox has completely stopped working on my laptop and literally the only thing I can do is open it up. If I try to go to a website, go to the settings, go to the reset Firefox page I get a white screen. I've tried:
- Resetting Firefox (couldn't make it there)
- Uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling it
- Uninstalling Firefox, deleting all of the Mozilla/Firefox files on my computer and reinstalling it
Is there an anything I can do besides reinstalling Windows?

I don't know whether you have installed or uninstalled any other software recently, but earlier this year Firefox suddenly got more sensitive to changes in the shared Visual C Runtime files. Please see the following thread for a suggestion: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1326304
