After syncing bookmarks, how to show local folders above remote folders?

When I sync bookmarks, I get a copy of all bookmarks on both my android and my desktop. They are separated with each in their own folder: "mobile bookmarks" and "desktop bookmarks". So far so good.

But: the desktop folder always seems to show at the top. On my phone, I don't usually want to interact with those bookmarks, so I have to scroll past them. When adding or loading a bookmark, I just have to scroll past the top level entry, but it I want to edit the folder a bookmark is in, all folders are expanded, so I have to scroll past every subfolder on my desktop.

I think there could be at least four potential solutions for this, but everything I've found says that none of them work. 1. Default local folders to the top 2. Allow reordering of folders on Android Firefox 3. Allow minimising folders in the "edit bookmark" interface. (Or start with all folders minimised except the current path.) 4. Allow syncing in one direction only. (I don't actually need my desktop bookmarks on my phone, but I do want my phone bookmarks on my desktop.)
