I upgraded to v89 and chose not to change the theme. I've looked under every tab in settings and it is not there. I mouse-overed every icon and none were for choosing a theme. Search here had zero hits.

hmmmm This probably won't be the solution, but take a look.

See Built-in themes in Firefox - alternative to complete themes to learn more about themes.

In the themes tab you'll probably see this, and that's the Light, Dark and Alpenglow theme. see the image

Hey! ChrisG all right? I will try to help you.

Explanation: By settings: 1. In your browser, open the settings; 2. Go to the bottom left corner where you will see an option called Extensions & Themes; 3. Go to Themes category; 4. If you want more themes, go to the bottom of the page, and you will see the option "Find more add-ons";

Hope I helped, have a nice day

Well, that didn't do it. Probably I don't know the proper key words. I'm talking about, when I upgraded to V89, I was presented with a screen to "choose your theme," with options of System Theme, Light, Dark and Alpenglow. I chose 'not now,' Under Not Now it says "Firefox 89 now allows to select a user interface theme", so maybe my question should have said How do I change the user interface theme. However, search for 'user interface theme' had zero hits in browser and community forum.
