I have to email and text my own passwords from my PC to my phone to be able to login to apps and pages on Android phone. There is no syncing of any logins and no importing/exporting of anything between Google and Firefox. It's evident that Google is placing obstacles in order to keep Chrome as the default browser.

These are nothing more than the standard instructions which have repeatedly proven ineffective. The HELP section is overflowing with inquiries on this very issue of the CSV file import not working. Browsers need to up their game when it comes to the password nightmare. There is simply no practical or functional way to sync logins between browsers or devices. Google always has out of date passwords no matter what. Firefox is incapable of being set as the default browser. The csv thing does not work for anyone and no basic PC user should have to go that deep into arcane settings and coding.
