Hard to explain why I am asking here, but here goes:

I am a reseller and use different sources. One of our vendor's websites is showing me retail pricing after I login. Our special prices used to (and are supposed) be visible. If you don't log in, no prices are visible. My sales rep asked IT, who said to clear cache and cookies. And again today, he said it is on my end, not theirs.

Of course, that doesn't solve the problem. Do not even know where to begin.

Win10 Firefox 84.0.2 ABP

Thank you.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

Hey, Fred,

That did not change anything. Cache and cookies are cleared once or twice EVERY day.

Thank you.

Are you generally allowing cookies or do you block them and make exceptions for specific websites ?

Your attached troubleshooting information shows you use a Cookie Remover extension and a content blocker like Adblock Plus.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, DuckDuckGo PE, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.

Firefox shows a purple shield instead of a gray shield at the left end of the location/address bar in case Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking content. You can click shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection. You can check the Web Console for messages about blocked content.

corel,

I tried and failed using Safe Mode, so disabling the apps you mentioned would not make any difference here.

I allow all cookies. My business sites seem to be the cleanest websites as far as tracking and there are never ads there.

Everything is updated and up to date on a daily basis.

I was able to fully disable the FF enhanced tracking - thank you for the reminder, but the special prices are still hidden.

Will check web console, but that will require more time.

Thank you.

It is more a less likely that this is an issue with cookies if this is about content that only appears when you are logged in.

You cant check the Web Console for possible messages (you can suppress CSS and possible other message types that are not important) or check (XHR) requests to see if cookies are send as part of the request or requests fail.

I sent the web console data to the IT person at the company.

Seems he may be able to troubleshoot. Several (or more) JS errors. I don't know how to fix those and debugging is beyond my comprehension, at this time.

Happy New Year, all!

Thank you.
