Hi, I am using Firefox browser (version 83.0) on my Mac running macOS Catalina 10.15.7. Both my browser and my OS are up to date. Recently I am noticing that some websites are not rendering correctly and the characters are all jumbled. I went through similar issues and tried the below but the issue is still happening. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

  • Deleted history and cache
  • Removed all extensions
  • Uninstalled Firefox
  • Deleted all profile data saved by Firefox from the system
  • Downloaded and reinstalled latest version of Firefox
  • Changed the browser preferences of network.http.accept-encoding.secure and network.http.accept-encoding to 'gzip, deflate' (without apostrophe)
  • Opened in Safe mode
