New to Firefox - Love it so far

I believe that a web site I was looking at might have took all my data/pw. 

Changed my email address to another via the Firebox Monitor, and update entire profile to be safe.  however I just want to make sure that this link, in attachment can be removed or blocked, or have I already done that.


so confused... any help would be great.
