Taskbar at Bottom of Screen Has Disappeared After Last Firefox Upgrade

Ever since the latest Firefox upgrade, the taskbar at the bottom of my screen has disappeared — but only in Firefox. In Google Chrome, the taskbar is still there at the bottom of the screen. Why is this ? How can I get the taskbar back ?
