Firefox adding .sql extension to downloaded js file

I have a slightly strange problem, when I use Firefox to download a .js file, the save file dialog says "Save file as type PostgreSQL (*.js) and then when the file is actually downloaded is saved as <filename>.js.sql . (When I click on the file it just displays it as text, as would be expected.)

I think PostgreSQL was installed with DaVinci Resove (not sure) I never use PostgreSQL. I have checked the file associations in Firefox, and js is not listed, and on my system js files are associated with Windows Script Host. (In the registry HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT js files are linked to Visual Studio.)

Why is something in Firefox associated js files with a database program? And how to I change this annoying (if not world destroying) behaviour?
