Support, I was trying to transfer some xrp crypto to my hard wallet when I got a pop up window that said firefox was requesting I touch my security key. I have no idea where that would be so Ripple.com would not complete the transaction. I tried several times to no avail. Can you please advise me what I'm doing wrong or tell me how to get around the problem.
