Contact Trend Micro support or visit their forums to see if a fix for Firefox 10 is available or if you actually need the Firefox extension that is not compatible. Related thread:

Pourquoi je ne peux pas installer la barre d’outils Trend Micro sur Firefox. il n’y a pas de notification lorsque Firefox est ouvert. la version firefox que j’utilise en ce moment est la version 80. dans la base de données des modules complémentaires pour installer les extensions, je ne trouve pas trend micro toolbar est ce normal, pourquoi?
