my bookmarks content disapperd, i tryed many time to log in \change password but same issue,unfortualny i format my device and continted was there 3/5/2020

If I have read the question correctly, it sounds like the Bookmark Toolbar is empty after you reformatted your computer. Is that correct?

In that case, did you restore your data from a local backup of your Firefox data or using the Firefox Sync system?
