I can't reset my password - reset email was a very long string of characters with no obvious link to follow. Thanks
I set up an account years ago but have forgotten the password. I've tried the reset password option several times. Each time message goes to spam (despite putting address in my contacts list). I get a huge long string of characters, with various '=' added at end of lines, and no obvious complete link to follow to get to the reset page. It seems I can't ask for help without logging in, so I've had to set up a secondary account even to get this far. I'm very frustrated. Please help! Thanks

It sounds you get the raw email source and not the processed content.
What email service do you use ? Is that an online web based email service ?
What security software do you have ?
It is possible that (anti-virus) security software is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
Thanks McCoy and Cor-el The eml file was still pretty scrambled but at least it had a button! So I have been able to change my password at last.
Cor-el, I did try disabling McAfee but it didn't make any difference. I have another security programme but this has never scrambled emails so I left it alone. Since McCoy's solution worked I haven't tried what happens if the other security goes off too.
