Unable to Send E-mail
For quite a long time I often am not able to send an e-mail using Thunderbird while logged onto a network in a hotel or resort. I've read that some networks block some e-mail servers from sending e-mail over their network. If that is the case then I have not idea how to fix it if it can be fixed. Any help would be appreciated.

What are your outgoing smtp server settings? If they have security = none or authentication = none, they probably won't work when you're not connected to the mail provider's network. Webmail should still work.

Authentication = normal password and security = STARTTLS
I have no idea what all that means but thats what the settings are in Thunderbird.
In that case, you're probably blocked from accessing smtp. A roundabout way would be to add a gmail or outlook.com account to TB, then set your other accounts to send through the smtp of the added account. But in the meantime, use webmail when you're on the blocking network.
