Morning all

FF69.0.1 on a new Win 10 Pro 64 bit machine.

I successfully installed Trusteer and the icon appeared ok in the address bar. It has now disappeared. I think I may have dragged it into oblivion with an inaccurate mouse click.

It's enabled as an Add on.

Any suggestions how to retrieve it?

Cheers

IBM sent this ...

1. Open your Firefox browser and go to any website (must be an actual URL address such as Google.com) 2. To the right of the site address, click on the three dots set horizontally. 3. Rapport's icon should be listed towards the bottom of that menu. 4. Please right-click Rapport/Trusteer option and select 'Add to Address Bar'.

It worked.

Hi exbt, See if the icon is in Customize or Overflow. See this:

Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customize-firefox-controls-buttons-and-toolbars

I also found this from IBM:

Using the Mozilla Firefox Extension https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS7MJT_1908/ug/t_Using_the_Firefox_Extension.html

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately it didn't solve the problem.

The Extension is enabled. I notice that I can't delete it, which is a bit of a worry.

I've raised a ticket with IBM and I'll let you know if they solve it.

Regards

Dave
