<p>Not for a particular site, I don't think. There is a global setting in about:config, security.mixed_content.block_active_content, that would affect all sites.

</p><p>On the drop-down Site Info panel, mixed content issues are addressed in the Connection section instead of the Content Blocking section, where you'll find info on tracking scripts and third party cookies.
