"View Pending Card Transaction" button is one image and the other image is what you get when you press the button. Everything stays in the background and the orange loading cursor just keeps on running over and over and over. The button does work fine in IE. I steeled myself to fire up IE for the first time on this PC, ever. I have put it back in its cage. :-) Cheers, Al.

I will reply to my own question and hopefully add IMAGES.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

Same problem in Safe Mode. Am blocking trackers. Not blocking Cookies. I will unblock trackers later and try that, but I don't think CUA would use tracking. Thanks.

No content blocking, allowing all cookies, allowing trackers, allowing pop-ups and Location. There's not much else I can see to do.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

Both cleared automatically on FF closure (I close FF after every use - one URL accessed and I close it when I'm finished). I am ultra careful mate. Some might say paranoid about P & S.

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?

Thanks for all your attempts fella. CUA have moved the two pending transactions to the Account window, so, the Button to View Pending Card Transactions has been removed from that window. I have reported this to CUA as well, so hopefully they may have found something. Cheers, Al
