Good day. After I log into my online bank, I request my accounts. As the page loads all my accounts disappear within a second except for the first one. I then cannot select the other accounts unless I reload and select within a second. This has only been happening for the last month and does not happen on other browsers. Also Firefox is up to date. Can some please assist and advise. Many thanks, Duane

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

The issue was caused by autofill and disabled it. Selected performance again. Now works. Many thanks Duane
