For update, popup is blinking on browser. but after clicking on 'update', nothing happened. The process (update from help) which is showing for update, is also not working. No options.

From your Mre System Details by your pot you appear to have a third-party build of Firefox 58.0 from one of the flavors of Ubuntu.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0

You will have to look for Firefox package updates in your package manager.

Mozilla only provides updates to official builds from mozilla.org like say www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ and not third-party builds they did not well build.
