.... If you do not have recovery codes hat work or otherwise aren't able to connect to the Firefox account then reset the Firefox Sync password to see if that gives access to the account and disable two factor authentication on the Settings page.

You may have to try this more than once to be able to disable 2FA. You need a fresh login to the accounts.firefox.com website to be able to disable Two-Factor authentication and possibly setup 2FA properly.
