Using Win XP, SP3 & Firefox 52.8, Can't access many websites. Couldn't login here unless I used Private Browsing

There are many websites that I can't get to & give me error messages, even if I use Safe Mode. For some reason, even when I tried to login to Mozilla support, I got messages that "the username is inactive", "you answered the question wrong (it asked how many letters in Mozilla & I said 7)". I can't get to any Microsoft KB articles & can't login to Lastpass.

I thought it might be one of the useragent values, so I posted that here. I can't use the latest Firefox because it doesn't allow toolbars & I use Roboform toolbar.

So my questions are: 1) Is it the useragent values that I posted below that need to be changed & if so, how? 2) Is there anything else that could cause this? 3. If not, & I uninstall Firefox completely, then:

     A. How can I save my bookmarks & add-ins?
     B. Can you show me the link to re download Firefox 52.8?

I'd appreciate any advice. Thank you in advance!!

You can ask your desktop Firefox questions here and or at forums.mozillazine.org as different people hang out at each forum.

Keep in mind that Microsoft has not really supported the old WinXP for regular users since EOL back in April 2014.

Firefox 52 ESR is or will be the last to still run on WinXP and Vista and is almost EOL itself. The Firefox 52.9.0esr out on June 26 will be the last major update and will be EOL on Sept 5 when only 60.0 ESR gets a major update as in 60.2.0esr. Firefox 53.0 and later requires Windows 7, 8, 10 so the only other way to use current Firefox versions is to say dual boot with a light 32-bit Linux distro as some like Lubuntu and Xubuntu among others that still supports the old 32-bit CPU's.

This sounds like you are referring to the independent forums.mozillazine.org and not support.mozilla.org

The question about how many letters in Mozilla is referring to unique letters and not the total so the answer is 6.

Your phrab7 account on forums.mozillazine.org was not activated as you needed to click on the activation link sent to email address used to register the account with. It is now activated so no need to do so now.

You may as well right-click that bolded Preference you listed and select Reset. Though your useragent used to make this post seems fine.

The current Firefox version of 52 ESR (52.8.1esr) is listed at https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/organizations/

The legacy Firefox 52 ESR is almost EOL or End Of Life as the last major update 52.9.0esr will be out on June 26 and it will be made EOL on Sept 5 when 60.0 ESR gets the 60.2.0esr major update.

Thank you for your explanation, James. I appreciate it.

Am I in the right spot to ask the questions that I asked above? I'm not sure whether I should be asking at http://forums.mozillazine.org or http://support.mozilla.org?

Thank you so much! You've been a great help to me. I realize that WinXP isn't supported (I also have a Win10 machine), but I really like the way WinXP works, even though I'm taking a chance with security.
