Juno e-mail on web hangs up.
Using Win 10. I have used Firefox for probably more than 10 years. I have used Juno e-mail on web for more or less the same amount of time. I have had problems in the past with the program but have been able to work them out with clean-up, etc. This time, I have not been able to get it worked out. The problem is that when I take an action, like open an e-mail or delete e-mails, it indicates "loading" and does not do anything more. The problem has gotten increasingly serious. At first, I could do some minor things and It would work at least for a time. Then it would work less before having to do something. I installed Opera and at first did not have any problem with it. Later, it started doing the same thing. It got where the further I could get on the e-mail was load the first page. Sometimes not even that. I have not had problem with any other page. I started using Edge and so far have not had any problem using it fot the Juno. I have gone through all the steps of deleting history, cookies, etc., refreshing Firefox, safe mode, and lastly uninstalling and reinstalling. Any ideas?

Fire Fox gave me option to refresh the browser which I did. After a few "corrections" (having tho reload page), I haven't had any more problems.

Hi, please try this : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 60.0.1 with a Full Version Installer

I tried this two times and can't get anywhere. Same problem. Does not open any mail.
And you deleted any folders left as per previous post and you used the full version install from the URL provided and not the Stub Installer is that Correct ?
Correct. I am using a new computer the last several months on which I am having the problem. I have my old HD connected to the computer by usb. If I forget and leave the old HD turned on, it loads instead of the new HD. I have found that I do not have any problems with FF on that one. At one point, I tried replacing the profile on the new install of FF with my profile on the old HD. Maybe I should try the whole process again and use that.
Went through the process again very thoroughly. Still is not working correctly. Mostly works fine, but periodically it hangs and I have to reload the page. It is better than before starting this process. I thoroughly cleaned out every thing and installed FF. I thought that it would be totally new, without my profile, but it had everything. It is very curious to me that this is the only page that gives problems. I suppose that it is referent to the matter that it is processing information on my account.
