Check all of the above programs that they are up to date.

Sorry but this did not solve my problem. The programs I was asked to check are up to date.

The crashing thread of this crash report includes this DLL: cyinjct.dll

So you will have to disable the software that provides this DLL and contact the company for support.

I see what your saying but this is a corporate laptop and I can not make those changes. Will have to switch to another browser that does not have that restriction. Thanks for the support.

That's not a restriction but a problem with the files from another company residing on your computer...

First off I would update your Videodrivers, they are almost 4 years old...

Then uninstall Firefox, then be sure to locate your local FF profile and move it to a safe place, then reinstall FF.

Video drives are up to date (according windows) and I need the current software installed since I use it for work. Firefox used to run with no problems until 54.x came out and I allowed the update.

If you can't make changes yourself then you need to contact the IT apartment and ask them to look into this issue.
