Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.

Flash Player Version: 23.0.0.207 Flash Player (Linux) Version 11.2. 202.643

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Direct link scans current system and browser Note: Other software is offered in the download.

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?

what happens if the problems not there?

When a computer is started in Safe Mode, only system programs are running. If the problem is still there, that tells us one thing. If the problem goes away, that tells us something else.

it doesnt happen in safe mode but i seem to be having audio problem in safe mode.

Audio is one of the things that is not loaded.

It doesn't happen in safe mode means one of the other programs is causing your issue.

As a test, disable your protection programs and try YouTube.

How do you mean after awhile ? 5 min, 10, 30, after restarting?

Empty Cache Button {web link} Cache clearing made easy. One click.

after a few minutes. the page doesnt seem to load properly.

Would you please check and see if   JavaScript   is enabled   (which is not the same as   'Java' ):
Type in the address bar   about:config (promise to be careful) Type   'javascript' look for   javascript.enabled and make sure that it's value is set to   true

Hi redfox90,

Part of the issue could relate to javascript. That is however enabled by default in Firefox, although security related software and ad or script blockers could be disabling or blocking it.

We do not have full details of Firefox setup and do not know whether you have any Firefox Extensions included as add-ons or not. We also may not be sure what other Windows programs you have and are using.

You mentioned earlier in this thread that Safe Mode helps or prevents the issue. That was after Fred explained about Windows Safe mode.

  • Please confirm (Or comment otherwise) that the problem does not occur in Windows safe Mode.

If the problem goes away in Windows safe mode that could be because some other Windows program is interfering. (Or is Firefox using HTML5 in that situation)

Please post your Troubleshooting Information Page details paste them in to a reply. It will take a lot of space so do not add any other comments in that reply. Also to save space edit out the print related information as that will not be needed.
