Since end August my emails sent to a friend are directed to his spam folder due to "tiscali reaction".

Emails sent to a friend, who has not changed his email addresses, and to whom I have sent many emails in the past, are now going straight into his spam folder with the comment :- "tiscali reaction". Neither he nor I understand why. Can you explain and supply a solution please?
