I am trying to download a clean install, but only got partial and it failed
I uninstalled Firefox to install a new one because I was having MANY issues recently. However, I am only getting a partial download and a message that download failed

Ok, got it to download, but now it won't install. I went to downloads and it keeps asking me what to download it with

Try using the Windows Internet program.
I certainly know how to download, but it wasn't working correctly. I contacted my tech person and she had the same experience with using the same, correct program. So she sent me a clean download. Thank you
