I took session backup using Mozilla session manager add-on. After a HDD crash, I replaced HDD with new OS, i am not able to restore the back session.Please help

I have mozilla session backup which I have took using Mozilla session manager. Recently there was a hard disk crash. I replaced the HDD and reinstalled the operating system. I copied session folder back to mozilla profile. However, neither I could find these copied session in session manager nor I have an option to load it manually. Please advice if there is a manual way of restoring ".session" file after OS reinstallation.
