I have changed your product to Firefox for Desktop, please let me know if I have made the wrong change. However in order to check to see if pop ups are enabled you can check the settings in the browser mentioned here: Pop-up blocker settings, exceptions and troubleshooting

Some sites will have a pop up that is not detected by the pop up blocker in Firefox. There are other add ons that may be helpful to control this feature.

I might suggest Ad Block Plus.
