How do I restore Lightning calendar data from a local.sqlite file?

I did a system restore which caused my Lightning data after the restore point date to be removed. I neglected to back up my Lightning data before the restore. After the restore my Thunderbird profile data remained intact. I thought the Lightning data would be intact as my other data was. As recommended on your help page, I copied the data in my profile folder to an external HD, then copied it over my profile folder data. It didn't help me recover the Lightning data. Is there a way I can recover it from the local.sqlite file and other files in the profile folder?
