hello HYOUNG777, do you happen to have the nosquint addon installed in firefox? it is known to break the zoom functionality in firefox 47, but it is no longer maintained - please try using one of the alternatives: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/nosquint-plus/ https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/zoom-page/
