Best way to continue mbox import when connection's interrupted?

Hi there-

I am importing an extremely large mbox file into a new gmail account. It seems to be going well thus far except that the connection inevitably gets interrupted and the import stops. I don't see an option to resume or automatically pick up where Thunderbird left off, so just keep telling it to import/copy the local folder to Inbox again. Is this creating duplicates or effectively resuming the original import? What's the best way to complete the import if the connection gets interrupted again?

Thanks!

Try going into 'Offline' mode first as this stops all synchronising.

Then use right click Copy to the imap Inbox or other imap folder.

Once all is copied over, go back to 'online' mode.
