All Add-Ons buttons are inaccessible after update to 45.0

After today's update to Thunderbird 45.0 all of my add-ons stil show in add-ons, but none of them seem to load or accessible and all the buttons associated with my add-ons are gone.

For example, I use signature switch and the button is gone from the toolbar and if I try to customize the toolbar none of those buttons are available anymore.

I should clarify, the add-ons appear to be loading as per the Troubleshooting Info window, but I can't access any of the toolbar buttons for my add-ons. All toolbar buttons for add-ons like signature switch, Send Later, MagicSLR are all missing from the toolbars and from the Customize Toolbars windows (so I can't add them back to my toolbar)

Contact the add on authors about upgrades to work with v45.

The add-ons are working in TB 45.0 on other installations. But something in the upgrade to TB 45.0 on my installation broke them. So going to the add-on authors won't resolve the issue
