Firefox Not Having A Working Setting For “Home Page.”

Dear Whomever,

I don’t recall how many times I have posted this complaint, but as of today I will maintain records.

No matter what I do to reset my “Home Page,” absolutely nothing works. I have written letters to “Mozilla Foundation,” I have sent e-mails to “webmaster at mozilla.org,” and I have posted this complaint to the alleged “Support Staff” via this website, but I have received absolutely! no reply at whatsoever. On top of all of this, nobody answers the ... phone at Mozilla Foundation.

To say that I am totally fed-up with almighty Mozilla would be a humongous understatement. Oh, and before anyone recommends that I click on the tab for my desired “Home Page,” drag it over to the “Icon” and specify “Change,” this procedure is totally worthless.

Should anyone have a guaranteed answer as to how to fix my “Home Page” I would be incredibly grateful and appreciative.

Mozilla does not have the resources to have a call center to provide Free one on one support by phone, chat, or email for desktop Firefox and other free products and projects they provide on mozilla.org.

Also Please watch your language and not use all Caps (shouting).

Note those with Moderator tags like myself are not paid staff but those who have been entrusted with mod ability to use as needed.
