I can't get Thunderbird to work with Outlook and Win10, what do I do?

correction Hotmail not outlook...
Hotmil.Outlook.com/MSN it has had many names, but it has never worked well.
But the issue is what error message do you see and when. We need something to go no.

Email and password are correct...
Microsoft has always been problematic...

Yes, I do have two step verification set up.
