Events & tasks and Help menus missing, no calendar, Tools|options not working
The Drop-down menu headers are missing from the Events & Tasks and Help positions. Calendar is missing, there are no grey bars to access the menu, no "switch to calendar tab/ task tab" buttons. When clicking on a folder, it doesn't open, I have to open it in a new tab because the Tools|options doesn't open. Have tried reverting to an earlier 38.0.1 version, still the same. It's a 32 bit W7 machine and suffered a failed Nvidia update install yesterday which seems to have pinballed its way around various programs. A system restore hasn't helped, Thunderbird is crippled at the moment, but receives OK
