Profile Switcher - slections missing?

Hello:

I installed ProfileSwitcher months ago and it was working fine. The other day, when I was in my profile I went to the File drop down menu to switch to my wife's profile - but when I clicked on the launch another profile, the arrow was there but the sub-menu that shows the other profile selections was gone. When I switch over to my wifes side via the main Profile Selector - the launch another profile works normally.

Anyone have any ideas as to what might have happened on my profile side to cause this to have happened?
