Hi pennmelissa

Since you didn't provide enough troubleshooting details here are some questions to help us help you:

  1. What version of Android are you using on your Moto E? (4.4 kitkat, 5.0 lollipop?)
  2. What version of Firefox are you using ? The latest is FF37.0.1
  3. Please tell us the exact set of steps you did to try to download a video and what you expected and what happened. And plese give us the website urls of a video that doesn't download.
